　　本項目用地西南兩側(cè)緊鄰城市規(guī)劃道路，項目整個地塊呈不規(guī)則梯形，北側(cè)窄，南側(cè)寬。從城市設(shè)計的角度出發(fā)，合理解決政務(wù)中心的形象展示和人流需求，以及與周邊環(huán)境之間的空間關(guān)系。我們在設(shè)計中將政務(wù)中心的主立面面向市政規(guī)劃主干道，緩和了建筑與廣場的關(guān)系，同時為建筑營造了較好的綠化環(huán)境。
